Industrial Rubber Matting

Heavy duty rubber matting for factories, workshops, kitchens and bars. Rampmats and Linkmats supplied from our Cape Town and Durban floors and delivered anywhere in South Africa.

Matting built for the floor it sits on

Industrial matting has one job: take the traffic, the spills and the dropped tools without breaking down. That means thickness and rubber quality, not a thin mat that curls at the edge within a season.

We supply two grades. Rampmats at 12mm for general industrial and commercial floors, and Linkmats at 16mm where the matting has to run continuously across a working area. Both have open drainage so liquid goes through the mat rather than sitting on top of it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What thickness of industrial rubber matting do I need?
Rampmats are 12mm and suit general industrial and commercial floors. Linkmats are 16mm and are the heavier option for continuous cover in busy working areas. If you are unsure, tell us what happens on the floor and we will recommend one.
What sizes do the mats come in?
Rampmats come in 2m x 2m and 1m x 1.5m. Linkmats link together, so the finished size is whatever your floor area needs rather than a fixed sheet size.
Can the matting cover a whole floor?
Yes. Linkmats are made for exactly that. They connect to each other to form one continuous cover, and single mats can be lifted out and replaced without disturbing the rest.
Is the matting suitable for wet areas?
Both grades have open drainage so liquid passes through the mat rather than sitting on the surface. That is why they are so widely used in kitchens, bars and wash bays.
Do you deliver outside Cape Town and Durban?
Yes. Both branches quote and ship nationally, so you can order from either one wherever you are in South Africa.
